Margaret McLean Walsh

Margaret is an experienced professional coach who partners passionately with leaders and organizations to enhance strengths, imagine new possibilities and reach their goals. Her clients are ready to focus on what’s most important, dream big, and challenge themselves to ‘go for it.’  As a Chief HR Officer, she engaged and developed the talent needed to build and grow the business, coaching executives and teams through transitions, and encouraging a continuous learning culture. Her leadership experiences at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp, Omgeo LLC, JPMorganChase, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Markit N.A. inspired her coaching path.

For Margaret, it was a natural move into executive coaching, where her positive psychology approach works to uncover a client’s strengths and build on them. Clients value how her direct approach can broaden perspectives, reframe situations, and test their assumptions as they experiment with new learnings and actions.

Throughout her corporate career, she was valued for her ability to inspire a sense of purpose, possibility and organizational pride. Her C-suite experience fostered her talent for leading organizations and people through major change, while encouraging leaders to find their authentic style and engage the hearts and minds of their followers.

Her sense of fun helps clients to keep things in perspective and see new possibilities.  She encourages leaders to build their self-awareness and capacity for personal growth and supports them as they stretch themselves.
